Albury Botanic Gardens
Sprawling over four hectares in the heart of Albury's central business district, the gardens feature an impressive collection of more than 1000 native and exotic plant species.
More than 200,000 people visit the gardens each year for a picnic, gentle stroll or simply to enjoy the ambience.

Wonga Wetlands is an ecosystem of lagoons and billabongs covering around 80 hectares. It is a haven for wildlife and a mecca for bird watchers, photographers, bush walkers and families. It includes a visitors centre, aquatic environment education centre, working indigenous campsite, plus picnic and barbeque facilities. 154 identified bird species and diverse fauna make their home here.

Albury-Wodonga is also home to a range of sporting facilities, including motorcycle track, go-Karts, large tennis complex, heated indoor and outdoor pools, skate park, BMX track, equestrian centre, high standard hockey, cricket, basketball, football, bowls, and athletics facilities and several gymnasiums. For snow enthusiasts the area is also a short drive to both Falls Creek and Mt Buffalo.
The Wodonga Fountain
The Wodonga Fountain at Sumsion Gardens operates from 8am to 8pm and provides a backdrop to picknickers in the park. The fountain has a verticle spout of 20 metres, and is illuminated by coloured LED lights.
